The Flavored Fork began in the heart of a local Chef in 2009. His highly requested delicious food resulted in a passion to provide high quality honest, rustic, southern comfort food to the people of Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce. The Flavored Fork began catering fund-raisers, friends birthdays, and charitable events. And now, a few years later, after smoking hundreds of pounds of meat out of a garage, Chef Matt knew has acquired a professional kitchen to provide his services to the masses. After many tribulations, and a whole lot of brisket, we finally flipped on that “Now Open” in our first professional kitchen in July of 2017.
